This is Where we Meet is a live performance that happens on the platform of Zoom, performed by Lucy Flippen and Rachel Orji. In this performance, the male gaze, objectification and sexualization of performers that may occur is questioned and confronted. There is exploration of the fourth wall and direct interaction with the audience.

This performance has weeks of rehearsals behind it that were open to the public to put our research of liveness and interaction with audiences into practice. While this performance takes place online, my hope is to explore this research with audiences in person as well when it is safe to do so.
